Villa Solemne

An authored residence where architecture, stone, timber and light merge with the Mediterranean.

Set in Cala Llamp, Villa Solemne is a precise and serene composition, designed to belong to the landscape rather than compete with it. Its three levels follow the natural topography of a 1,035 m² plot and open daily life towards the sea.

Expansive glazing, natural stone and an upper volume wrapped in timber create a continuous balance between shelter and openness. Covered terraces extend the living room and kitchen, while the principal suite occupies a privileged position facing the horizon.

Materiality is not decoration here: it shapes the experience of the house, filters the light and turns every transition between inside and outside into architecture.
