For questions about your data or to exercise your rights: contacto@livingprom.com. Data and purpose. We process the details you provide by form or email: name, email address, telephone number and company if supplied, your stated interest and the content of your enquiry. We use them to respond, assess your proposal and follow up on the property or transaction in which you have expressed an interest. Fields marked * are necessary to process the form; other fields are optional. Do not include sensitive data or unnecessary documents about third parties. Internal management. Enquiries and follow-up are handled exclusively through LivingProm’s professional email service, with access limited to authorised CAPITEX BRAND, S.A. staff. This phase does not include recording these contacts in Google Drive or shared spreadsheets. Legal basis. Your consent is the basis for answering enquiries and providing the requested follow-up (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Where you request specific steps to negotiate or prepare a contract, the necessary processing is based on pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6(1)(b)). You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal. Communications. Your data will not be used for newsletters or advertising other developments. Follow-up is limited to your stated interest; you may ask for it to end by emailing contacto@livingprom.com. Retention. Data will be kept while your enquiry is being handled and for as long as the requested follow-up remains necessary. When that purpose ends or consent is withdrawn, data will be deleted, except where retention is required by law or to address potential liabilities, for the applicable periods and with restricted access as required. If a contract is entered into, information about the associated processing will be provided. Access and providers. Access is limited to authorised staff who need to handle your request. Website hosting and professional email are provided by Piensa Solutions (Tesys Internet, S.L.U.) and may involve technical access by the provider. Information on these providers, processing arrangements and any international transfers will be completed before launch. Contacts are not intended to be disclosed to third parties for their own advertising. Your rights. You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and, where applicable, portability, and withdraw consent by emailing contacto@livingprom.com or writing to the registered office. State your request and the details needed to locate it; additional identification will be requested only where necessary.
