Refurbishment of an entire building in the Barrio de las Letras.
Conceptual proposal · Façade detailA new chapter for a Madrid building.
Infante 3 brings the refurbishment of an entire building in the Barrio de las Letras to LivingProm Heritage. The project considers the property as a whole and its relationship with Madrid’s historic centre.
The approach seeks to preserve its architectural identity and adapt the building for a new residential chapter. The intervention will be developed from the documentation and condition of the whole property.
